How it works #
My Week shows seven days (Monday to Sunday) plus an Unscheduled section with three tabs: past for planned days that have gone by, mine for your own open tasks, and others for every other open task you can see. Planning is per person: the same task can sit on different days for different people.
- Set a task's planned day from the Plan for control in its detail panel, or add a new task directly inside a day with Add task.
- Capacity is measured against each task's
estimate. Tasks with no estimate count as 60 minutes; when time has been logged, the logged time is used instead. - Capacity is fixed at 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). The header shows planned hours against the week, and each day shows its own load bar.
- When a day exceeds capacity, its bar turns red.
Quick capture #
The Add task composer inside each day understands a little shorthand: type a title, add +SCM to pick a project, !high for a priority, @name to assign someone and ~2h or ~30m for an estimate. The task is planned onto the day whose composer you opened.
Navigation #
- Move between weeks with the arrows, or jump to a week with
?week=2026-09-07in the URL. Any date works; it snaps to the Monday of that week. - Trackr remembers the last week you looked at, so reopening the page brings you back where you were.
- The iOS app has the same view, with the same capacity, and can plan tasks onto days as well.
